Bovine-derived Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR)
The Bovine-derived Nucleic Acid Detection Kit is a highly sensitive assay used to detect bovine DNA . It's essential in food safety testing, veterinary diagnostics, and research for verifying the presence of bovine-derived ingredients and monitoring bovine-related diseases. Easy to use and compatible with standard lab equipment, it ensures accurate results for various applications.
Product Description
This kit is used for the qualitative detection of bovine-derived nucleic acid (DNA) in various meat products. It is designed to identify whether meat products in the market contain bovine components, aiming to address the issue of adulteration in meat products.
This kit is compatible with the Thermo Cell dry bath, Genepure automated nucleic acid purification system, as well as LineGene and QuantGene series fluorescent quantitative PCR detection systems, and similar fluorescent quantitative PCR detection systems from other manufacturers.

Application Field
The Bovine-derived Nucleic Acid Detection Kit finds applications in food safety testing, veterinary diagnostics, and research for detecting bovine DNA or RNA, verifying the presence of bovine-derived ingredients, and monitoring bovine-related diseases.
Application Cases

When comparing Bioer bovine-derived nucleic acid detection kit with one-step extraction reagents from other companies, in the extraction of 100 mg of raw beef, results from Company Z were negative. However, when their extraction product was diluted tenfold, the PCR results were normal. Company T's extraction product showed a CT value of 20 directly after PCR. In contrast, Bioer extraction product yielded the smallest CT value of around 17 after direct PCR. Therefore, Bioer's one-step extraction provides a higher concentration of genomic template, allowing for direct use in PCR testing.
Storage Conditions
1. The kit need to be transported under freezing conditions.
2. The kit should be stored at -25℃~-15℃ away from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw more than 5 times.
3. The kit can be stored for up to 12 months. Please use the kit in the period of validity.
4. The manufacture and expiration date are shown on the outer packaging.
