The MagaBio plus Virus DNA/RNA Purification Kit II is designed for the rapid, efficient and automatic isolation and purification of high quality virus nucleic acid from a variety of samples on the automatic nucleic acid extraction system. It takes about only 35 minutes for the total procedure. The obtained virus nucleic acid can be used directly for a broad range of downstream applications, such as qPCR, NGS, etc.
Product Description
Nucleic acid in swabs, tissue, stool, blood, serum, plasma and other body fluid samples is released by using Lysis Buffer Released virus DNA/ RNA is bound exclusively and specifically to the Magnetic beads. The virus DNA/ RNA bound to magnetic particles is captured by magnetic material; contaminants are removed by washing with Wash Buffer. The nucleic acid is then elutedfrom the particles with an Elution Buffer.

Application Field
MagaBio plus Virus DNA /RNA Purification Kit II is used for extraction andpurification of viral nucleic acid from biological specimens. The purified viral nucleic acid is suitable for clinical in vitro testing or use in amplification-based in vitro diagnostic assays.
Storage Conditions
It is highly recommended to process the specimen as soon as possible after collection, If delayed processing is expected, the specimens should be stored by conventional methods or at -70°C or lower. Specimens should not be frozen and thawed frequently.
