MagaBio plus Whole Blood Total RNA Purification Kit II
This RNA Extraction Kit is designed for rapid and efficient purification of high-quality RNA from 400 μL of whole blood in 45 min. The workflow is streamlined—after gentle mixing, whole blood samples can be directly loaded into the pre-filled reagent plates and processed on compatible automated instruments. The kit features a DNase treatment step to eliminate genomic DNA contamination, ensuring RNA purity and high yield. With excellent stability, simple operation, and high sensitivity, the purified RNA is completely compatible with downstream applications including real-time PCR, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and microarray analysis.
Product Description
This reagent kit releases RNA from blood samples under the action of Lysis Buffer. RNA specifically binds to magnetic beads, and the magnetic bead particles bound to RNA are captured by magnetic materials, and the DNA in the sample is digested by DNase Solution. Impurities are removed through washing processes with Wash Buffer. Finally, pure RNA are are eluted in Elution Buffer.
