SimplyP Virus DNA/RNA Extraction kit
The SimplyP Virus DNA/RNA extraction kit is a "fast, efficient, safe and reliable" product from Bioer Technology to meet the needs of our customers. This kit uses unique lysis buffer of Bioer and special polymer membrane material. It only takes 11 min to extract high purity viral DNA or RNA from animal tissues, cultured cells, whole blood and other liquid samples (such as plasma, serum, ascites, cerebrospinal fluid, pleural effusion, etc.).
Product Description
Viral capsids / envelops (or other protection structures) in biological samples arelysed by the Lysis Buffer to release viral nucleic acid. Then the viral nucleic acidsare captured by the polymer membrane in the Spin Columns. While viral nucleic acids are mains absorbed to the polymer membrane, contaminants are eficiently washed away through a sequence of wash steps with Wash Buffer l, and then Wash Buffer Il Finally, pure viral nucleic acids are eluted in RElution Buffer.

Application Field
Simply P Virus DNA/RNA Extraction Kit is used for extraction andpurification of viral nucleic acid from human liquid biological specimens. The purified viral nucleic acid is suitable for clinical in vitro testing or use inmolecular biological techniques in vitro diagnostic assays.
Storage Conditions
1. The kit should be stored at 2°C -25°C for the duration of the shelf life.
2. Do not use beyond the expiration date printed on the box.
3. The kit can be transported at room temperature.
4. The kit can be stored for up to 12 months if all components are kept on the conditions above.
